Anybody out there wanna buy a mid 1940's Deagan 4 octave? Rosewood bars, cardboard resonators, and actually sounds pretty damn good. But the bars are very small by todays standards and it's also tuff to transport without damaging the resonators. It's been sitting in the corner of my practice room for a few years now, and I figured it would be a good instrument to pass on to a young percussionist. I'm asking $1500, but it's negotiable. Also, any information on a dealer that might buy the instrument would be greatly appreciated...thanks!
