Playing marimba in an electronic music setting I have serve
problems to amplify it without getting troble with feed back.
Has anyone informations about pick up systems or special ways,
to place microphones?

hi, can't make suggestions for loud stage mic-ing, but at moderate volumes, I like to mic it from below, puting the mic right under & between the resonators, one high & one low. There is a vibes man from Las Vegas, who had individual pickups put on each note. That is probably the best solution (though expensive i'm sure). good luck.
