Does anyone know if the 2nd and 3rd movements (in the online concerts section of marimba.org)of the Rosauro concerto for marimba and orchestra are the the same as the 2nd and 3rd on the Evelyn Glennie "rebounds" cd? would anyone reccomend performing this concerto? Has anyone played it before? I am a junior in highschool and i want to do a marimba concerto next year with the orchestra.

the second and third movements in Glennie's
"Rebounds" is different from the on-line concert in the sense that, she plays with a real orchestra. She changes the second movement a bit (doesn't sound like she rolls most of the notes and doesn't play the triplets in time in the first section; speeds up the second section; slows down the third section). The rest of the concerto, however, she plays at virtuosic speeds. Also, I notice that the on-line concert is the Third and Fourth movements
