Who wrote "A little Prayer"? Does Steve Weiss carry it? What are the range requirements?

I found a recording, and it had Evelyn Glennie's name next to the title, but I'm not sure if that signifies that she performed it, or that she composed it.

Evelyn Glennie did infact compose 'A little Prayer', I think when she was only 12 actually! Anyway, the piece is published in a book of 3 chorales by her. I'm in the UK, and the material is very easy to get hold of. Over here it costs between
