Just wanted to make sure I set the record straight about photocopying parts...

My buddy bought the piece Marimba Spiritual. By paying for the piece, he paid for the score which includes all percussion parts. For the sake of ease, he recopied the percussion parts to avoid pageturns. I don't support the photocopying of pieces because it does rip off the composer. I don't think this applies here.

Also I don't really think the percussion parts need to be read from the score.. it's not a difficult 'chamber' piece at all. I dont find that the parts really critically meet up with the marimba part in the wholle latter part of the piece.
