Does anybody now any good piece that they've played or heard for marimba and clarinet?
Thanks

Daniel McCarthy: "Star Fall Dances" - recording of on Michael Burritt's "Shadow Chaser" CD.
There's also a percussion and clarinet duo by Libby Larsen called "Corker" (toms, some keyboard work, etc). I've heard it's pretty cool.

"In Light of Three" for clarinet, marimba/vibes and tape [mp3 excerpt file (698K)]
Two movement work with lyrical first movement and odd-meter, funk-derived second movement. Marimba used in first movement and vibraphone in second. High register in clarinet part requires advanced player. A real crowd pleaser. 8 minutes.
