I am preparing for a senior recital this coming fall. I am looking for some marimba pieces that are more "groove" oriented (i.e. Smedbeck's "Rhythm Song"). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to check out Micheal Burritts "Caritas". It's
first and third movements groove, and the middle one is a
choral. Also Black Sphinx by Leander Kieser might interest you
a little but. Good luck.
