Does anyone know of a place that has mallet lit. organized by instrument size. i need a piece that works on my 4.3. I am trying to find a Bach piece that will work for 4 mallets, but not a fugue. I don't beleive my technique can hang with a fugue quite yet. I like the cello suites a lot, however, they don't sound as nice, IMHO, when transposed up an octave. (altough, I am going to reconsider this). Let me know of any suggestions. Thank you all in advance.

The Bach partitas and sonatas work well.

There is a book put together by Siwi that lists every percussion solo written at the time of publication. I purchased it hoping it would have the range information. For the most part it did not. However, I do believe that most music written before the early to mid 80's can be played on a 4.3 marimba. It would be if there was a place to find the range information but I have seen this question asked several times with no response.

Good luck finding a piece.
