I know wee have been talking about Mr. Moersch not being able to reprint his CD to become available again to the public. Well, I called Steve Weiss to order Robert Van Sice's "Japanese Music for Marimba". Well, that one is lost too, and might never see the light of day. They didn't even have any in stock, and they told me that they were out of print.
This is getting rediculous. Not only is it less music for us marimbists to enjoy and to use as educational purposes, but it also might play a big part in the future of the marimba. We need to take a stand!
In the meantime, do yourselfs a favor and get those percussion CDs you always wanted to get while they are still on this earth.
