The best text-based presentation of the Burton grip that I've seen, is in Dave Samuels' book, "CONTEMPORARY VIBRAPHONE TECHNIQUE VOL. I".

I'd also recommend picking up Stevens' "Method of Movement" book, regardless of the four-mallet grip you choose. Most of the materials covered by Stevens are applicable to any four-mallet technique, and don't need to be revamped specifically for the Burton grip.
