I've been conducting a partially successful hunt for Modern Percussionist mags recently when a thought occured to me-what if MP was reborn as a subscriber driven downloadable E-magazine?Overheads would be minimal and subscribers could have quite a say in the topics covered.So I've emailed Rick van Horn,via the Modern Drummer website and he's replied in a very positive manner.If you folks have any opinions on this post them here,but also let Rick know yourselves.The entire world of the percussionist could certainly benefit from this type of resource.What say you all?

That sounds interesting, but did you know that there is
already a new, and free, online percussion-article
source that is just getting started? It's at The
Percussion Source (www.percussionsource.com) and is
called The Percussion Source Anthology. Since it is
new there aren't a lot of articles yet, but the idea is
for people to write and also request articles to be
written. Worth checking into when thinking about
sources for information.
