I wonder what advice people have received, and have found useful, in determining the most suitable height of a marimba keyboard - obviously it will be related to the height of the person playing the instrument.
How high above the floor should the top of the keyboard be, compared (for example) to the players elbow, or their waistline, or something else?

my pit director was in the Cavaliers for 2 years and he told us to set our keyboards so that the "white" keys are at your wrist joint. i'm assuming that's the accepted way to do it.
