Could anyone help me with informaion regarding different international marimba competitions that i could participate in? Could no find anything much in the web 🙁

You've just missed the 2004 Belgian competition.The next one is 2007 but keep an eye on www.moa.be/marimba.There isn't an age limit on that one but I've found that these competitions only cater for the below-thirties,which is annoying and doesn't allow for the fact that in the UK at least,government screw-ups mean that the retirement age will go up and therefore the possibility of coming to the instrument as a career soloist where these competition provide a helpful yardstick,later in life is not recognised...whinge over folks,sorry !
