I know that it was written by Eric Ewazen, and it is recorded by Gordon Stout on The Percussion Music of Eric Ewazen (CD). This is released by Resonator Records, and is a great album, also featuring Ewazen's Concerto for Marimba recorded by She-E-Wu, and additional pieces. Northern Lights is lengthy. About 14 minutes I believe. Neat piece. Hope it helps, George Nickson
