This might sound a little wierd. but I am looking for a man named Jed Davis. He was mu pit instructor at Magic in 96 and I am looking for him. If anyone knows where he is, please let me know. Thanks.

I guess I sparked a manhunt. I had an idea. If you, Brian, could recall what part of Folrida he teaches in, that might give our friends here something to go on.

For those who don't know, Jed marched with the Crossmen in 79 or 80ish on the same snare line with Mark Thurston. He has taught snare and pit at various corps, since, including Florida Wave, Suncoast Sound, Magic of Orlando and Spirit of Atlanta.

I don't know Jed personally but I know he teaches the drumline at Cooper City High School in south FL. I'm sure you can get in touch with the band director and take it from there.
