Since I started to play percussion, my left hand has always been weaker than my other. Im now getting to the point of complete frustration because it seems to me that my left hand will never improve. I've tried to use my left hand in everyday life, hoping that the muscles will get stronger if i use them more often. I just started to use weighted snare sticks on a practice pad to hopefully build up strength, but im not seeing any results yet. Another person thought that squeezing a stress ball might help, buti haven't tried that yet. If ANYONE has any suggestions on how to get a weak hand stronger, please let me know.

It sounds like you're doing the right things, it just takes time for improvement to happen.
When you're on the computer or watching tv or whatever, just sit there with a stick and pad and do singles with your left hand.
Also, when playing, do warmups with a left hand lead as well as right, and do warm ups that isolate the left hand twice as much as you do those which isolate the right.
Those are the things that helped me the most. Just don't worry about your left so much you neglect your right hand.
