Hey everyone. I've been asked to perform a marimba concerto with a high school level ensemble next year. I know all the usual suspects (Creston, Milhaud, Rosauro), but was curious if anyone knew of any other pieces, possibly with online clips so I can check them out. It can't be too intense a piece (they're a high school band and all...), but they're playing at about a grade 4-5 level. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks.

I don't know if it is on line but there is a band version of Hovhaness' Fantasy available at Peters. Make sure they send the new set of parts without the mistakes if you choose to do it. Greg
