Yes, you can.

Go to the event page and open the event item, then click on the Edit button.

There are couple of things to be noted:

1) Be careful about the timezone of the event.
2) Users are going to see the time at their timezone.
So, if your main timezone is in Tokyo time, for example,
you will see the time of the event in Tokyo time.
