A 1997 model, 5 octave Marimba One. Black resonators, standard height, not adjustable.

I am the second owner of this beautiful instrument. The previous owners replaced one bar (the low F) in the first few months they had the instrument due to a flaw in the wood. Other than that, there have been no cracked bars in the almost 9 years of this marimba's life. For the previous owners, as well as myself, this was a private instrument, therefore was moved very little. A few scratches in the wood frame, but hardly noticed. The instrument really does look like it was made last year, it is absolutely beautiful. I attended the Zeltsman Marimba Festival this past summer with it, and many people commented on how they couldn't believe it was a 1997 model. Beautiful sound, the wood is wonderfully broken in.

I bought the cases for this instrument two years ago, and they are also undamaged, the worst that they have been through is a little cat hair exposure.

I am asking $9000.00 for the cases and the marimba, but I am willing to listen to other offers. I am also willing to drive the marimba and cases anywhere within the continental United States for an agreed upon extra fee (depending on how far away you are!), and providing my hotel/gas is also paid for.
