The Avon Middle School Music Department is looking for another private percussion instructor to join the percussion staff at Avon Middle School in Avon, Indiana. The percussion program at Avon Middle School has over eighty percussionists that are required to take private lessons throughout the year.
The candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of percussion and will have previous private teaching experience and good skills in working with junior high aged students. The new private instructor will be joining a staff consisting of well respected teachers such as Jeff Queen, Brandan Baker, and Angel Velez.
The percussion program feeds into the Avon High School which has a well respected reputation with six consecutive state marching championships and numerous drum line awards.
