Check out Linda Maxey's homepage. She's a marimbist and her husband is a clarinetist. I know they've had several works written for them. I heard one last year by Charles Hoag, and it was great. Hope this helps.
Not exaclty just for Bb Clarinet and Marimba, but "In Light of Three" by J.B.Smith is close to it. It is for Bb Clarinet + Marimba/Vibraphone + CD.
My wife Junko played it back in 1993 in London, Ontario with a Bb Clarinet and got a standing ovation :-D. It is a cool piece. She did not use the CD/Tape and played considerably faster than the CD/Tape, which made it even cooler. Of course, that might not be the intention of the composer, but ... she only had a pre-published handwritten version, so...
