What age/level are you?

If you're still relatively new to mallet playing, I'd echo Jonathan Shapiro's recommendation in this thread, of a ragtime solo (there are published solos by George Hamilton Green and Harry Breuer, some more difficult than others), or Kreisler's "Tambourin Chinois." The Kreisler would allow you to demonstrate your two-mallet technique, and the slower middle section will allow you to demonstrate a contrasting musical style (a little more "expressive," for lack of a better term.)

Another common audition piece for high school and college-entry auditions is the first movement of the A Minor Violin Concerto by J.S. Bach, which can be found in the back of the Morris Goldenberg book.

If you want to demonstrate four-mallet playing, a suitable piece might be the Pitfield "Sonata." If I recall correctly, you only really need three mallets for the piece, but it will allow you to demonstrate that you can play with four (or at least, three!) mallets.
