Anyone have suggestions on good mallets for chorales? Evelyn Glennie's "a little prayer" for instance.

any soft mallet will work really. I usually use Innovative William Moersch soft and medium soft for chorales. Malletech Stevens LS0 and Ls1 are very soft and good for chorales as well. Innovative Soloist are okay, but the Mark Ford soft and medium soft work really well too. Really anything works. Depending upon the range you also might want to throw a bass marimba mallet on the bottom or a medium mallet on top.. For a little prayer, if I remember correctly, use a graduated set of soft-med.soft, med.soft, med. that worked pretty well for me on that piece. If I remember corectly
