Does anyone know if there is a malletech web site, if not-does anyone happen to know where I can contact Malletech or at least get some Stevens mallets?

You might want to check with a dealership (like Lone Star Percussion, Steve Weiss Music, or Interstate Music), though. Cause I think Malletech sells mallets at retail price. I might be wrong though, I'll have to check. But there's the information to malletech.
