I disagree. The Carter March is a good audition choice, provided it is played correctly and IN TUNE, however, you might also offer a few orchestral excerpts or a Hochreiner etude to demonstrate other aspects of your playing.
On the other hand, I think you are overdoing the marimba repertoire by offering both Druckman and Sueyoshi. Keep one of them and the Bach.
FYI, every audition I have ever conducted (at Rutgers, Peabody & Illinois) has been limited to 30 minutes, including sightreading and interview time.
