I would personally never waste money buying wrapped mallets. It is so easy to wrap marimba mallets, I don't know how companies stay in business. Plus if you do your own wrapping you can get EXACTLY what you want, every time. And save LOTS OF $$$$$ All it takes is a little practice.. I noticed Rebecca's reply so, it looks like you may have some more good advice on how to wrap. There are many ways..if you have questions, feel free to ask.
