"Method Of Movement" clearly is not "light reading," but it addresses issues which every mallet player must address, regarding (obviously) negotiating one's way around a mallet instrument.

There's also plenty in there which is not "grip specific" - I'd recommend the book to anyone using Burton, "traditional," Stout, Stone, or any other kind of four-mallet grip. Obviously, Leigh Stevens is going to be biased towards the Stevens grip (one would expect that to be the case, since it is the grip he uses!), but non-Stevens players need to check the book out as well.
