Kyle is correct. "Conversation" was written by Akira miyoshi. There are 5 movements, the 1st being "Tender Talk" and the last "A lame excuse". The work was written for Keiko Abe and the published version was edited by her. There are two books in this chapter of abe comissioning. The first book is probably the most famous as it contains "Time" by Miki, "Torse III" also by Miyoshi, and "Mirage" by Yasuo Sueyoshi. I regularly perform Torse III and love Miyoshi's music. I recommend listening to his compositions for other instruments. Miyoshi, like Minoru miki, is an eminent Japanese composer. A north American advocate of his music is Professor Michael Rosen, who is at Oberlin.
