That's as it may be,but surely if a better way comes along to provide a more legible copies it should be embraced in order to provide a quality service ! Otherwise,to carry the point to an extreme,we'd be playing Rosenkavelir with T-handle timps,taking weeks to cross the atlantic,and drilling holes in people's heads for migraine...and FYI,Novellos actually have recopied RR Bennett's "After Syrinx 2" into a more legible form (I have both versions).
