ok - it's been a long time but i'll give you what i remember. 108 to 113: 2143 2332 4312, 432 323, 1243 1232, 432 321, 3322 3322 3322 3322, 432 321 432 323.
138-147 (i don't have anything written down for these): minus the octave d's at 138, 432 432, 342 432, 342 432, 342 423, m.#142> 123 232 432 232...in general this is what i use for this shape/arpeggio...i like to have some time to lift my arm and place the low note so it has a more resonant and warm quality..this way you can touch it lightly enough so it is not harsh but with just enough weight so as to make it sing. i hope this helps,greg
