I'm looking for an appropriate mixed ensemble work for a final high school exam. There aren't many percussionists in the school, so filling a percussion quartet will be difficult.
Here's my requirements:
players: 3-5
duration: 4 to 6 minutes
instrumentation: marimba (or multi-percussion), another percussion part (my teacher can play), piano, any two other wind or brass (but not too hard to find!).
Any help is greatly appreciated, even if it's a l ittle different to what I've suggested. I've just started 1st mvt of Marimba Dances and my four mallets aren't great.
