"Jesu, Joy Of Man's Desiring" - J.S. Bach
A terrific all-occasion, accessible piece that everyone knows. The left-hand bass line drives the right hand chords and chorale melody.

"Clair De Lune" - Debussy
A romantic journey through Debussy's sometimes delicate, sometimes passionate textures.
This one is a challenge.
"Solace" (A Mexican Serenade) - Scott Joplin
An intelligent crowd pleaser, Solace starts with a tango-like "A" section which gives way to a more forceful "B" section and a long lyrical middle section that was used in the film "The Sting".

"Bethena" (A Concert Waltz) - Scott Joplin
Not in the typical ragtime form, Bethena's relaxed melody winds it's way through many complex ragtime situations and with it's minor mid-section is a joy to play throughout.

"Polka" (From The Golden Age Ballet) - Shostakovich
Jazzy, humorous, rhythmic, bombastic, sweet,...the Polka has it all. Musically challenging, this could be a very effective closer.
"Tarentella" (Op. 102 No. 3) - Mendelssohn
Mendelssohn's beauty comes through in this subtle and fast 6/8 dance movement.

"Pineapple Rag" - Scott Joplin
