Hi - P. 12 I do hand to hand and start wth the upper note first when the double stop rolls come in. As an alternative, I sometimes do start them hitting at the same time but usually like the top note first - it seems to match the high note quality of the single Bb roll and the single note 16th runs. In the first movement I keep the high F# and G in the right and the low G in the left. These I always hit together to start the rolls to match the texture of the previous, non - rolled, attacks.
