sorry about the confusion.
Here is an idea
-Take the first five pages of the solo and paste them on to poster board in on long row. (it really isnt that long, especially if you shrink the pages a little)
-take the last four pages and paste the on the other side of the poster board upside down. you are going to paste up Pg 20 twice (page 20 comes from the Marimba pieces 1 edited by Keiko Abe. page 20 is where you go into a quasi cadenza)
-Now here is the confusing part, when you get to the end of the roll section on the second stanze, do a one handed roll on the C#-E and flip the music with your other hand. you can even rest the unused mallets on the string of the black notes so not to make any unneccessary noise. here is the reason why you pasted the music on the flip side upside down. When you flip the music, you can just flip it over which isnt to distracting if you make is in one beautiful gesture.
what ever you do, do it quietly and with as little extra movement as possible.
