Killing in a good way? I had a lesson with Svetoslav Stoyanov a few months back. He played a bit of it for me, and its even more amazing to see it being done in person. Svet actually recorded it for the composer, so that when you buy the music from him, you can also get the CD with the music on it. Its such an amazing piece. I WISH I could play it, but its SO difficult. But after attempting to play it, pieces like After Syrinx II seem much easier. Though I am still having trouble with that darn "Merlin" which I also wish I could play. ;(
I see Khan growing more and more in popularity, as will the composer, Alejandro Vinao, because "Tumbler" and Hsi Marimba Concerto are equally amazing.
